【芝士薯条】Cheese Potato Chips

芝士薯条




 

材料Ingredients:

袋装冷冻薯条 Frozen potato chips( in bag)  普通芝士片 (Standard cheese slices)  美奶滋 mayonnaise   青葱1根              spring onion(1 stem)

作法Preparation:

1、取一锅倒入较多食油烧热至油内有气泡出现,放入薯条小火炸至金黄后转大火炸5秒钟把油逼出即可捞起滤油装盘

Put plenty of cooking oil in a pan and heat till bubbles appear. Put in potato chips and fry on low heat until turned golden, then fry on high heat for 5 seconds. Extract oil and take chips out, filter out excess oil and put in a tray.
2、另取一干净的小锅,放入撕碎的芝士片最小火融化成芝士酱,将芝士酱淋在薯条上,然后淋一勺美奶滋在芝士酱上,最后撒上少许葱花即可  
 To a separate clean pan, put in torn cheese slices and melt on lowest heat to a cheese sauce. Pour cheese sauce on the potato chips , then one ladle of mayonnaise and some shredded spring onion.

 地瓜的贴心建议Special tips by "Sweet Potato":

1、薯条是在超市买的现成,一般在超市的冷冻柜处都有

Buy prepared potato chips at supermarket. They are usually located in the freezer at supermarkets.  
2、薯条出锅前转大火炸几秒钟可以把薯条内的油逼出来一些,吃起来不那么油腻  
Before potato chips are taken out,change heat to high  to extract oil from them. This makes the chips less greasy.
